تعتزم شركة MAHARAT CENTER الألمانية، انتداب (02) مديري تكنولوجيا المعلومات IT ADMINISTRATOR للعمل بفرعها الموجود بسوسة.
مهام الوظيفة:
- Administration of our LINUX environment including landscape automation with configuration management Puppet.
- Administration of the ERP system.
- Administration of other related central hosted IT-Systems (like monitoring system, backup system, internal knowledge base system).
- Documentation of Processes, Errors Cases and their troubleshooting.
- 2nd level Support through the company internal Trouble Ticket System.
- Collaboration with other internal Support Teams, external Service Providers as well as 3rd level Support for solving problems in the related domain.
- Contribution in the dimensioning, installation and configuration of cloud and IT systems, including documentation.
- Participation in team meeting (Tel. or Video Conf.)
- Experience with Linux Systems (i.e. RedHat) and ESX VMWare is of advantage ).
